In the living room, on the other hand, there is a sofa bed with an 18 cm extra-comfort mattress measuring 160 x 200 cm. The second bathroom with shower and washing machine is adjacent. The kitchen is fully equipped with double fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob with integrated extraction and all necessary kitchen accessories.

Thanks to its convenient location, you can walk to an artisan bakery with a mini-market (50 m) and several renowned restaurants. One of the most beautiful cycle paths on Lake Garda (Lonato – Salò) runs 300 m away. Situated on a side road, it is easy to reach Desenzano, Salò and Brescia, largely avoiding the summer traffic on the western Gardesana. The beaches and marina of Moniga del Garda are 2 km away, and it is the same distance to the Garda Golf course in Soiano del Lago.
